What we collect

• Your name, phone number and email address.
• The address of the property the work is at.
• Whatever you tell us about the job, including any photos you send.

We collect it when you fill in a form on this site, call us, or text us. We do not ask for payment card details through this website.

What we use it for

To reply to you, quote the work, book it in, carry it out, and keep in touch about it afterwards. That is the whole of it.

Mobile information and text messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP. See our Terms of Service for the full messaging terms.

Who else sees your information

We do not sell your information and we do not rent it out. We share it only where it is needed to do your job, for example with a technician or a supplier working on it, and only the part they need. We will also share information where the law requires it.

This website

We use a website analytics tool to count visits and see which pages people use, so we can keep the site useful. Some pages embed content from TikTok, and some load fonts, maps and scripts from other services; those providers may set their own cookies and can see that your browser requested their content. We do not use that to build an advertising profile of you.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and job records for as long as we need them for the work itself and for our ordinary business and tax records, and then we get rid of them.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text to stop text messages.
• Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by calling (832) 489-0663 or emailing stevelivas.sl@gmail.com.
• Most browsers let you block or clear cookies in their settings.
