These terms cover your use of this website and the text message program run by Livas Contracting Services. They are written plainly on purpose. If anything here is unclear, call (832) 489-0663 and ask.
Livas Contracting Services is a family-owned residential and commercial plumbing company based in Katy, Texas, led by owner Steve Livas, working across Katy, Houston and the surrounding Greater Houston area.
Program name: Livas Contracting Services.
What we send. We text you about plumbing work you have contacted us about. That means replies to your enquiry, quotes and estimates, booking and appointment reminders, a message when someone is on the way, and follow up once the work is done. We do not send marketing or promotional texts unless you have asked us to.
How you opt in. You opt in by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to be contacted by text, whether that is on a form on this website, on the phone, or in writing. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.
How often. Message frequency varies. In practice you receive messages only while something is happening on your enquiry or your job.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Those are charged by your mobile carrier, not by us.
Stopping messages. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will get one message confirming it, and after that we will not text you again unless you opt back in.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
